Jito Labs is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer to grow the Block Assembly Marketplace (BAM) Plugin ecosystem. The role involves working with Solana protocols to understand their needs, design solutions, and guide integrations, while also creating developer tools and providing partner support.

Responsibilities

• Translate partner requirements into actionable features
• Architect and implement BAM Plugin integrations
• Create and maintain libraries for interfacing with BAM
• Write and update developer documentation
• Provide technical support to partner teams
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues
• Capture and communicate partner feedback

Requirements

• Familiar with Git, Rust, Python, Typescript/Javascript
• Deep understanding of the SVM architecture
• Concise communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast-paced environments
• Flexible and capable of prioritizing tasks
