Job Description

The Dispute Resolution Specialist manages client inquiries and ensures timely, accurate responses to validation requests. This role focuses on researching, validating, and resolving account discrepancies while maintaining compliance and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for client validation requests
  • Review and process consumer validation requests
  • Process outbound mail with validations
  • File processed requests in system of record
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Assist with special projects and reporting

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year experience in client/customer service preferred
  • Experience handling validation requests or similar processes
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Reliable attendance
