Job Description

The Embedded Test Engineer will establish and maintain a robust test pipeline for embedded software within the Hardware group, working with engineering, software, and integration teams to verify avionics hardware, firmware, and software performance for flight readiness.

Responsibilities

• Test, validate, and verify internally developed products
• Develop and automate software/firmware tests at unit and sub-system level
• Own test procedures and execute product testing
• Execute roadmaps for next generation products
• Support scaling up test infrastructure
• Define and implement functional and regression testing

Requirements

• 5+ years in software/firmware testing and SW/HW integration
• Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering
• Recent Python experience automating tasks/test frameworks
• Strong familiarity with Linux and scripting tools
• Experience with digital, analog, and high-speed interfaces
• Hands-on experience deploying embedded software to hardware
• Experience creating detailed Test Procedures
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience with continuous integration tools (Gitlab Preferred)
