Loft Orbital is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional hardware teams, manage project timelines, facilitate collaboration, and mitigate risks in the development and deployment of space infrastructure. The role involves developing processes, managing budgets, and contributing to product roadmaps.

• Monitor progress and communicate changes
• Develop and manage project timelines
• Coordinate technical requirements and resources
• Facilitate communication across engineering disciplines
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks
• Develop and manage budgets
• Support team leads in creating standards and processes
• Contribute to product roadmaps

Requirements

• 5+ years end-to-end product development experience on space applications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
