Job Description

Customer Operations Engineers ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout Loft mission deployments, leveraging technical knowledge to address customer objectives and serve as the primary contact for on-orbit mission execution. They work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to develop and deploy missions, refine Cockpit functionality, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Loft's frontline interface with customers
• Identify solutions to customer needs
• Improve Cockpit functionality through development and automation
• Translate customer feedback into a feature roadmap

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in space company or organization
• Exposure to satellite operations and/or assembly, integration, and test
• Experience with ground and flight software
• Python scripting experience
• Exposure to Docker containers and DevOps
