Job Description

Via is seeking a Product Support and Operations Specialist to support partners using their transportation technology. This role involves providing technical support, fostering partner relationships, identifying product improvements, and gaining cross-functional experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and efficient ticket resolution
  • Prioritize operational issues
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partner Success teams
  • Foster partner relationships and act as their internal champion
  • Identify product and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience, including internships
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Effective multitasking and responsibility taking
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus
  • Previous technical support experience is a plus
