Via is seeking an Expansion and Launch Operations Principal to deliver launch projects on time, collaborating with partners, technical teams, and operational teams to establish and grow on-demand transit systems in new markets.
Responsibilities
Launch new Via deployments
Oversee junior team members
Contribute to strategic decision-making and project planning
Serve as main point of contact for partners
Manage product expectations and development
Utilize operational and marketing knowledge
Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations
Support partnerships team in the sales process
