Via is seeking a CRM Associate Principal to lead their rider communication strategy. This role involves owning and operating the marketing messaging platform, building multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the rider experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate marketing messaging platform
• Build and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Develop and implement communication strategy
• Lead operational management of marketing automation platform
• Design and execute A/B tests
• Analyze campaign performance and rider data
• Collaborate with marketing growth team
• Design and deploy rider-facing communications
• Develop and maintain replicable processes
• Collaborate with partner organizations for training
