Via is seeking a Strategy & Insights Associate Principal, Rider Growth to improve transportation access globally. This role involves analyzing rider data, shaping marketing strategies through research, collaborating with teams to launch programs, and identifying new growth initiatives to create more accessible transit communities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to identify areas of opportunity
• Shape marketing strategy through research
• Shape approach to marketing program experimentation
• Collaborate with teams to launch and optimize programs
• Identify and test new rider growth initiatives
• Deliver findings and recommendations
• Build and scale programs for local communities
• Develop and maintain dashboards
• Create replicable processes and playbooks

Requirements

• Passionate about growth marketing and public transit
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and proactive
• Metrics-driven and data-focused
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• 2+ years of full-time experience
• Experience with user acquisition channels is a plus
• Marketing, growth, data, product, and user research experience are a plus
