Job Description

As a part-time Partner Support Specialist, you will interact with driver-partners, serving as a bridge between Via's brand and those delivering the services. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and advocating for drivers to improve their experience with Via's product suite.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the front line support for driver-partners via face-to-face, phone, and email/SMS
  • Become an expert on Via software and book rides for passengers
  • Resolve customer issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Identify trends and brainstorm solutions to improve customer experience
  • Coordinate with management to channel customer feedback

Requirements

  • Clear communication skills
  • Excellent computer and technical skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong listening and conversational skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to solve problems and take initiative
  • Empathy and customer-focused mindset
  • Availability to work Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
