Via is seeking a Strategy and Operations Associate to empower and enable internal Support Operations teams. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to identify challenges, develop scalable solutions, and improve efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions for riders, drivers, and operations teams
• Enhance efficiency and quality across support operations
• Create standard operating procedures and trainings
• Serve as point of contact for operations teams
• Conduct research and analysis for market expansion
• Contribute to product development
• Implement online service solutions
• Monitor operations in real time and identify improvements

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a startup, consulting, or fast-paced environment
• Excellent prioritization skills
• Attention to detail
• Team player
• Analytical skills and experience with Excel, Tableau, or Looker
• Problem-solving skills
