Via is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join their City Performance team and lead projects impacting the company's operations. This role involves strategy development, project management, and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Via data to inform operational strategies
• Build dashboards and reports
• Contribute to product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Ideate and execute proposals to maximize efficiency
• Own new product feature roll-outs and analysis
• Galvanize teams to achieve goals
• Develop external partnerships

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to own and drive complex projects
• Collaborative and able to generate buy-in
• Comfortable with analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python)
• Skilled in data-supported arguments
