Job Description

Via is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate Principal to join their City Performance team. This role involves leading projects impacting Via’s operations, setting strategy, conducting financial and operational analyses, improving processes, and contributing to new product development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Via data to inform operational strategies
• Build dashboards and reports to generate operational insights
• Contribute to product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leaders
• Ideate and execute proposals to maximize efficiency
• Own new product feature roll-outs and analysis
• Galvanize teams to achieve long-term goals
• Develop and work with external partnerships

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience in a high-growth startup, tech company, consulting, or financial firm
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to own and drive complex projects
• Collaborative and able to generate buy-in
• Comfortable with analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python)
• Skilled in data-supported arguments
