Via is seeking a Strategy & Operations Principal to manage an intermodal transit service, focusing on daily operations, team management, relationship building, and data analysis to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual comfortable with a fast-paced environment and a high level of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site daily operations
• Prioritize operational issues and provide solutions
• Manage and mentor dispatchers and shift managers
• Develop relationships with drivers, customers, and community leaders
• Liaise with senior management and external partners
• Develop metrics and report on KPIs
• Analyze data to improve processes and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Lead and develop an engaged team

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an operations manager
• Bachelor's degree
• Independent self-starter
