Via is seeking a Strategy & Operations Principal to manage an intermodal transit service, focusing on daily operations, team leadership, and relationship building with partners and the community. Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site daily operations
  • Prioritize operational issues and provide solutions
  • Manage and mentor dispatchers and shift managers
  • Develop relationships with drivers, customers, and community leaders
  • Liaise with senior management and external partners
  • Develop metrics and report on KPIs
  • Analyze data to improve processes and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Lead and develop an engaged team

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Local to Seattle, Los Angeles, or San Francisco
  • Independent self-starter comfortable with responsibility
