Job Description

The Driver Acquisition Specialist will focus on ensuring driver partners have a smooth experience with Via, serving as a front line advocate and providing world-class customer service. This role involves outreach, onboarding support, issue resolution, and feedback coordination to improve the overall driver experience.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential driver partners and support onboarding
• Manage driver accounts and improve their experience
• Provide customer service and resolve issues
• Identify trends and brainstorm solutions
• Coordinate customer feedback with various teams
• Learn and support Via's services, tools, and products

Requirements

• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong listening and conversational skills
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills
• Located in the Detroit area
• Empathetic and customer-focused
• Available 10:00AM-6:30PM EST, open to weekends
