Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager to ensure reliable transportation services for communities. This role involves daily operations, real-time problem-solving, driver support, and continuous improvement of the rider and driver experience. The position requires a strong on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Run daily onsite operations
• Make real-time decisions regarding fleet, drivers, and riders
• Guide and support drivers
• Improve service based on feedback
• Use data to enhance efficiency
• Bridge communication between partners, drivers, and Via teams

Requirements

• Experience in people management, logistics, or customer service
• Relationship-oriented with strong communication skills
• Hands-on and proactive problem-solver
• Tactical and strategic thinking
• Mission-driven with a focus on transportation access
• Based in Council Bluffs, IA or Omaha, NE
