Job Description

Via is seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage daily operations of student transportation using their technology platform, focusing on operational excellence, customer experience, and continuous improvement. This is an in-person role requiring field presence 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational excellence and customer experience
  • Oversee operations in person
  • Manage driver supply
  • Manage communications with caregivers and school districts
  • Prioritize and resolve operational issues

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a high level of responsibility
  • Driven executor with a track record of hitting KPIs
  • Team-focused and ownership of work
  • Experience in project management and customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in Phoenix, AZ
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
