Job Description

Via is seeking a Live Operations Lead to ensure operational excellence and a positive customer experience for student transit services. This role involves real-time problem-solving, communication with stakeholders, and proactive identification of issues to maintain on-time performance. The position is shift-based and requires in-person work in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Manage communications with students’ caregivers and the school district
  • Serve as the main point of contact for school district partners
  • Prioritize operational issues and implement solutions
  • Respond to driver feedback and customer issues
  • Collaborate with teams to scale operational processes
  • Maintain and enhance On-Time Performance
  • Identify driver schedule changes and trigger outreach
  • Coordinate communication to caregivers and drivers
  • Propose and implement improvement strategies
  • Recommend technological solutions
  • Respond to service issues and implement corrective actions
