Via is seeking a General Manager to manage operations using their technology platform, lead a team of field operators, drive improvements, and grow services. This is a fully in-person role requiring onsite presence 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Manage daily onsite operations
Make real-time decisions regarding fleet, drivers, and compliance
Manage driver employee lifecycle
Manage driver work schedules
Act as a bridge between partners, drivers, and community leaders
Use data to improve service performance
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Lead and develop a team of drivers
Requirements
4-6+ years of operations management experience
Bachelor's degree
Independent self-starter
Strong communication skills

Problem-solving skills
Based in or willing to relocate to Benton Harbor, MI
