Job Description

The Equity Compensation Principal will manage the smooth operation of global equity programs, acting as the expert for the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform. This role involves overseeing plan administration, transactions, reporting, and troubleshooting while enhancing the employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of equity compensation programs
  • Oversee and process equity transactions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee equity questions
  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
  • Support Finance with stock-based compensation reporting
  • Serve as the main liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Maintain accurate participant data

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform
  • 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration
  • Strong understanding of equity vehicles and tax implications
  • Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and global regulatory requirements
  • CEP designation or progress toward certification is a plus
