Job Description

Axon is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Accounting to lead global supply chain accounting for hardware and software procurement. This strategic finance leader will ensure financial integrity, scalability, and operational excellence through collaboration with various teams and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract reviews for global supply chain accounting
• Partner with Supply Chain Operations and Corporate Development
• Oversee P2P accounting integration for acquisitions
• Collaborate with Accounting Operations, Supply Chain, FP&A, and Operations
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions
• Ensure timely and accurate close processes and reporting
• Support audit and internal control requirements
• Provide thought leadership by modernizing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in supply chain/procurement
• Proven experience with M&A integration
• Background in hardware and software procurement accounting
• Strong technical accounting expertise (US GAAP)
• Demonstrated success in high-growth environments
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Experience in vendor negotiations
• Systems experience in Onestream, D365, and SAP ERP
