Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst to manage complex deals, serve as a subject matter expert on quoting tools, analyze contracts, mentor junior team members, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute complex commercial deals
• Serve as subject-matter expert on Axon’s quoting tools
• Analyze and evaluate contracts
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Lead cross-functional problem-solving
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Collaborate on system updates and product launches
• Simplify and communicate complex information

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
• Proven success managing deal structures
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience mentoring peers
• Ability to operate autonomously
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
