Job Description

Axon is seeking a Commercial Operations Senior Analyst to drive operational excellence and scale Sales, Finance, and Customer Success functions. This role involves designing solutions, solving complex problems, and improving quote-to-cash processes with a focus on contract management, pricing, and operations. The position also includes mentoring team members and shaping scalable best practices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce CPQ, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, and Sigma Computing
• Lead complex post-contract adjustments and analyze revenue recognition
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues
• Influence process improvements and recommend automation
• Mentor Commercial Operations Analysts
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Lead strategic projects to streamline contract lifecycle management
• Serve as a trusted advisor for internal teams and external customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial finance, quoting, or pricing
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
• Advanced Excel / data skills
• Ability to simplify complexity and translate data into actionable insights
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
