Job Description

Axon is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to support SEC reporting workstreams and provide technical accounting expertise. This role involves collaboration with various departments, strengthening financial reporting, and driving continuous improvement within the controllership function.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of SEC filings
• Create technical accounting memoranda
• Support evaluation of new accounting pronouncements
• Lead transformation and automation initiatives
• Monitor internal control environment
• Build cross-functional relationships
• Perform ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or accounting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation required
• Experience managing financial reporting workstreams
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships
