Job Description

Axon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Equity Compensation to manage the day-to-day activities of the company’s equity plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP). This role involves collaboration with various teams and requires a thorough understanding of equity incentive plans, international considerations, and tax implications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end equity plan administration
  • Partner on the evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan
  • Implement best practices and automate workstreams
  • Maintain forecasting models for dilutive shares
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, and People Ops on stock compensation reporting
  • Act as liaison for 10b5-1 trading plans
  • Review Forms 3 and 4 for SEC filings
  • Provide information for financial statement disclosures
  • Perform ad hoc projects and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Stock Administration, preferably in a public company
  • Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards and programs
  • Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
