Job Description

Axon is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Equity Compensation to manage the day-to-day activities of the company’s equity plans, including the eXponential Stock Plan (XSP). This role requires thorough familiarity with equity incentive plans and experience with international considerations and tax implications, interfacing with multiple teams including People Operations, Payroll, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end equity plan administration
  • Partner on the evolution of the eXponential Stock Plan
  • Implement best practices and automate workstreams
  • Maintain forecasting models for dilutive shares
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, and People Ops on stock compensation reporting
  • Act as liaison for 10b5-1 trading plans
  • Review Forms 3 and 4 for SEC filings
  • Provide information for financial statement disclosures
  • Perform ad hoc projects and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Stock Administration, preferably in a public company
  • Comprehensive knowledge of equity awards and programs
  • Understanding of accounting standards related to equity compensation
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
