Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead all revenue-related accounting activities, including revenue recognition, reconciliations, and compliance. This role involves partnering with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and providing leadership with insights into revenue trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the U.S. revenue accounting team
• Oversee the end-to-end monthly and quarterly revenue close
• Maintain revenue system roadmap
• Draft and enforce revenue accounting policies
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Legal, and other departments
• Drive automation and process optimization
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements

Requirements

• CPA required with deep technical accounting knowledge of ASC 606
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Proven expertise in reconciliations and audit support
• Experience with ERP/CRM implementations
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Project management skills
• Proficiency with RevStream, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
