Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to manage financial forecasts, develop executive reports, execute forecast processes, build financial models, and assist in corporate initiatives. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring expertise in financial goals and collaboration with senior stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage three statement financial model
• Ownership of annual budget and quarterly/monthly reforecasts
• Set and deliver external guidance
• Develop reporting packages and dashboards
• Analyze financial results
• Assist with C-Team and Board presentations
• Implement model enhancements
• Participate in FP&A meetings
• Assist with ad hoc FP&A projects

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience managing a full P&L
• Success developing three-statement financial models
• Track record of cost control and EBITDA improvement
• Experience with a publicly traded company
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills
• Strong project management and results-driven mindset
