Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to manage financial forecasting, develop executive reports, and assist in corporate initiatives. This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring expertise in financial goals and collaboration with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Manage three statement financial model
• Oversee annual budget and quarterly/monthly reforecasts
• Develop external guidance
• Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Analyze financial results
• Assist with C-Team and Board presentations
• Enhance financial models
• Participate in FP&A meetings
• Support ad hoc FP&A projects

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience managing a full P&L
• Proven success with three-statement financial models
• Track record of cost control and EBITDA improvement
• Experience with publicly traded companies
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and project management skills
