Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to design, implement, and optimize integrations across ERP, CRM, Finance, and other key systems. The role focuses on modernizing the enterprise integration landscape using Workato and other cloud-native tools, driving automation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy integrations across ERP, CRM, and Finance systems
• Drive transition to Workato as the enterprise integration platform
• Simplify, automate, and optimize integration processes
• Partner with business and IT teams to create scalable solutions
• Establish best practices for integration security and monitoring
• Explore new tools and APIs to improve the integration ecosystem
• Contribute to DevOps processes for CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Act as a technical mentor

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise integrations
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and Finance systems (SAP, Microsoft D365, NetSuite, Salesforce)
• Hands-on experience with Workato or other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, SQL)
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP integration services
• Experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation (Terraform, CI/CD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
