Job Description

Axon is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to direct a work team in meeting daily production goals while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards. The role involves leadership, coaching, continuous improvement, and ensuring customer needs are met. Shift options are available at both the SkyBridge and Pinnacle facilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products meet internal and customer expectations
• Promote a safe work environment
• React to production problems and shortages
• Participate in Kaizen activities and drive employee engagement
• Work with engineering for improvements
• Communicate goals and status
• Ensure accurate training and work instruction adherence
• Facilitate interdepartmental cooperation
• Hire, train, and develop team members
• Implement projects to meet production goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Analytical and quantitative skills
• Ability to lead teams and communicate with leadership
• Ability to work under pressure
