Job Description

Axon is seeking a Lead Security Officer to oversee team members, ensure adherence to security protocols, and serve as a point of contact for escalations. This role involves monitoring security posts, reviewing incident reports, and coordinating with local agencies to maintain the safety and security of personnel and premises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and arrange shift activities
• Conduct 1 on 1 meetings with team members
• Review and edit incident reports
• Inspect security posts
• Maintain shift activity logs
• Ensure security and safety of personnel
• Monitor facility systems
• Coordinate with police and emergency agencies
• Verify credentials
• Assist employees and visitors
• Report suspicious activity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of security or law enforcement leadership experience
• Proficient computer skills
• State Driver’s License
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
