Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Experience introducing new products
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrated sense of urgency
• Proven experience implementing Lean practices
