Job Description

The Manufacturing Manager will lead production targets and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role focuses on building a productive environment, developing team members, and collaborating across departments to support new product introductions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8–10 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing
• 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with automation equipment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Success in introducing new products
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience implementing Lean manufacturing practices
