Job Description

Axon is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to deliver high-quality learning experiences for Manufacturing Operators, teams, and leaders. The role involves delivering new hire orientation, product-specific training, and professional development, while ensuring adherence to work instructions and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

  • On-board and conduct On-The-Job training for new hires
  • Maintain and track training and certifications
  • Partner with Managers to identify and improve training gaps
  • Conduct line audits for process improvements
  • Participate in continuing education
  • Assist peers with projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for learning and development
  • Create engaging learning experiences
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Provide support for new automation systems
  • Adhere to company standards
  • Follow Code of Conduct

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Application Skills
  • Ability to partner across teams
  • Strong team player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • IPC Certification
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual
