Job Description

This role is critical for maintaining smooth and efficient production operations. The analyst will focus on improving real-time visibility into key performance metrics, resolving system challenges, and ensuring accuracy in production control processes. They will analyze trends, guide teammates, and collaborate with leadership to make data-driven decisions and keep manufacturing operations moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Production Order workflows
• Validate Bill of Materials (BOMs) and routings
• Collaborate with Engineering on Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Coordinate and execute physical inventory counts
• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics
• Collaborate with teams on scrap reporting
• Create and manage material movement journals
• Support capacity planning and constraint analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in production control, materials planning, or supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams
• Solid understanding of production workflows and manufacturing documentation
• Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
• Knowledge of inventory control principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
