Axon is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to develop and enhance manufacturing processes, boost productivity, and implement lean manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvements
• Lead manufacturing process planning and optimization
• Design facility layouts
• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis
• Evaluate employee tasks and improve productivity
• Collaborate on new product introduction and process changes
• Stay current with manufacturing best practices
• Train and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• 7+ years of industrial engineering experience in manufacturing
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Proficient in CAD software and data analysis tools
• Strong project management and leadership skills
