Job Description

This role is critical for maintaining smooth and efficient production operations. The position involves analyzing key performance metrics, resolving system issues, ensuring data accuracy, and providing support to the Production Control team and leadership. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate operational activity and KPIs
• Resolve system escalations within D365
• Maintain system accuracy by closing work orders
• Analyze trends to identify issues and support decision making
• Serve as a SME for the Production Control team
• Support Operations leadership with resolving challenges
• Material Handling for production material fulfillment

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, production control, or supply chain
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred)
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience maintaining production work orders
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
