Job Description

This role is a key player in Axon’s direct to customer fulfillment process, ensuring orders are received, tracked, and completed with precision. The coordinator will manage system transactions, maintain inventory data, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery receipts in the ERP system
• Validate and reconcile order data
• Monitor order flow and identify discrepancies
• Support quarterly audits and compliance checks
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve exceptions
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control or order management
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory management systems
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Proven ability to collaborate
• Effective communication skills
