Job Description

Axon is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (Spanish-English) to support projects and leaders within the COO organization, with a focus on Global Operations, at their manufacturing facility in North Phoenix. The role involves supporting People Operations programs, providing employee support, data analysis, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support global People Operations programs
• Provide support to managers and leaders (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations)
• Complete project-specific tasks (reports, analyses)
• Help build on-site support for Global Operations
• Act as a superuser for HR systems
• Generate reports with data integrity
• Automate and improve HR processes
• Support conflict resolution and exit interviews
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Requirements

• English and Spanish fluency
• 2+ years of HR/People Operations experience
• Experience in manufacturing/warehouse preferred
• Strong analytics and Excel skills
• Workday experience a plus
• Understanding of HR best practices and labor laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
