Job Description

Axon is seeking a Program Manager II to lead the readiness and growth of their U.S. Sales organization. This role involves owning the end-to-end strategy and delivery of onboarding, everboarding, and enablement programs to ensure sales team success. The ideal candidate will be process-minded, energetic, and focused on creating a high-quality experience for sales representatives and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own U.S. Sales onboarding, everboarding, and enablement programs
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and support new hires
• Develop understanding of sales processes
• Monitor organizational changes and identify improvements
• Build partnerships with Sales, People Ops, and cross-functional teams
• Guide presenters and hiring managers
• Provide reporting and recommendations
• Maintain and elevate content and resources

Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Onboarding, Training, or Enablement
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Ownership mindset
• Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and/or multimedia editing tools
