Job Description

This client-facing role involves architecting and delivering integrations to public safety partners. The Implementation Engineer II will manage technical projects, communicate with clients, and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality technical services. They will also identify integration opportunities and recommend deployment plans.

Responsibilities

• Work as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team
• Analyze IT system architectures
• Manage technical projects remotely and at client sites
• Engage with client leadership
• Ensure high service levels for Axon deployments
• Identify integration opportunities
• Recommend deployment plans
• Capture requirements and implement third-party solutions
• Work with developers to build and document integrations
• Write code to optimize implementation tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems
• Expert networking knowledge
• Expert understanding of Linux frameworks
• Advanced understanding of cloud technologies
• Advanced experience with IT business processes
• Advanced hands-on experience with APIs
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud (AWS and/or Azure)
• Demonstrated system-level understanding of enterprise software systems
• Excellent communication skills
• CJIS background check clearance
