Job Description

Axon is seeking an Implementation Engineer II to collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver integrations that provide value to public safety partners. This client-facing role involves system interface construction, technical project scoping, and system analysis, ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality technical services.

Responsibilities

• Work as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team
• Analyze IT system architectures
• Manage technical projects remotely and at client sites
• Engage with client leadership
• Ensure high service levels for Axon software deployments
• Identify integration opportunities
• Recommend deployment plans
• Capture requirements and implement third-party solutions
• Work with developers to build and document integrations
• Write code to optimize implementation tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems
• Expert networking knowledge
• Expert understanding of Linux frameworks
• Advanced understanding of cloud technologies
• Advanced experience with IT business processes
• Advanced hands-on experience with APIs
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud
• Demonstrated system-level understanding of enterprise software systems
• Excellent communication skills
• CJIS background check clearance
