Job Description

Axon is seeking a Manager, Solutions Architects to lead a team delivering technical excellence in solution architecture for Real-Time Operations offerings. This role involves team leadership, project delivery, and strategic support for customer engagements, with a focus on law enforcement, campus, and corrections customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Provide technical and project guidance
• Coach and mentor team members
• Analyze and review IT system architectures
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders
• Participate in hiring and onboarding
• Ensure timely project execution
• Maintain team performance and stakeholder satisfaction
• Champion continuous process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles
• 1–3 years of direct supervisory experience
• Expertise in solution architecture frameworks and cloud technologies
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in project management and business process analysis
• Basic understanding of integration coding methodologies
• CJIS background check clearance
