Job Description

Axon is seeking a client-facing Solutions Architect II to lead and mature professionally while delivering integrations to public safety partners. This role involves analyzing IT systems, managing technical projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality technical services.

Responsibilities

• Work as a client-facing member of the Software Solutions Delivery Team
• Analyze IT system architectures
• Manage technical projects remotely and at client sites
• Engage with client leadership
• Ensure high-level service for Axon software deployments
• Identify integration opportunities
• Recommend deployment plans
• Capture requirements and implement third-party solutions
• Build and document integrations
• Write code to optimize implementation tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in analyzing and developing technical systems
• Expert networking knowledge
• Expert-level understanding of Linux frameworks
• Advanced understanding of cloud technologies
• Advanced experience with IT business processes
• Advanced hands-on experience with APIs
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, Java, and Cloud
• Demonstrated system-level understanding of enterprise software systems
• Excellent communication skills
• CJIS background check clearance
