Job Description

Axon is seeking a Principal Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for collaboration tools connecting enterprise customers and law enforcement in real time. This role focuses on delivering secure alerting, data sharing, and coordinated workflows to improve operational impact for both enterprise security teams and public safety responders.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for law enforcement and enterprise collaboration
• Design and deliver secure collaboration experiences
• Engage with customers to understand communication challenges
• Define detailed product requirements
• Partner with engineering, design, and other teams
• Develop onboarding, permissions, and access controls
• Track and analyze product performance metrics
• Advocate for public-private collaboration
• Identify and manage integration opportunities

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Proven ability to deliver secure, compliant products
• Experience building communication or data-sharing systems
• Strong technical fluency in real-time communications
• Understanding of enterprise security and law enforcement workflows
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills
• Clear communication skills
