Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Onsite Technical Account Managers, driving adoption and operational excellence of Axon products within retail and healthcare. This role involves strategic roadmap definition, team leadership, operational planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and Axon’s growth in Enterprise markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Onsite TAM program
  • Lead and manage a team of direct reports
  • Own operational planning including headcount and budget
  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer challenges
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Establish performance KPIs and optimize service delivery
  • Lead organizational change initiatives
  • Develop future leaders
  • Maintain expertise in Axon products
  • Champion a culture of technical excellence

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing technical customer-facing teams
  • Proven ability to build scalable operational frameworks
  • Experience leading customer engagement with executive stakeholders
  • Strong financial and operational acumen
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT systems
  • Advanced skills in escalation handling and executive communication
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • CJIS background check required
