Job Description

The Engagement Manager will work with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and drive long-term success by training public safety agencies on the Prepared platform. This role requires a deep understanding of public safety operations, particularly in the 911 space, and a commitment to providing world-class service. The position requires up to 75% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Prepared platform subject matter expert
  • Conduct hands-on training for agency roles
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively address improvements
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization
  • Triage and resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer success, training, or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
