Job Description

Axon is seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead and develop a team responsible for driving exceptional outcomes for Prepared’s customers. This role involves overseeing customer lifecycle strategy, ensuring scalable execution, and partnering cross-functionally to improve the customer experience, ultimately building strong customer relationships and delivering measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Customer Success Managers
  • Own and operationalize customer retention, growth, and value realization strategy
  • Design and scale processes for consistent customer engagement
  • Ensure CSMs build deep customer relationships
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization
  • Oversee customer usage and health metric tracking
  • Drive strategies to increase customer retention and expansion

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in customer success or related field
  • 3+ years managing CSM teams
  • Experience owning retention, expansion, and customer health metrics
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated success building customer relationships
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude
